Solid wooden slabs – for some models they reach 7 cm in thickness – enter the sawmill department, where the blocks are prepared for further processing. When milling, each of them is adjusted to the required size. Now each block is half of the future hanger.

Thanks to a large and modern production with software control, we can choose the most suitable equipment for each model, which allows us to get the optimal result. At this stage, the wooden blocks are turned and the hangers acquire their famous silhouette.

Each hanger consists of two or even three parts, which must be connected with maximum compliance. The master of the line carefully selects the most closely related halves, the pattern of which fits each other in a harmonious way. It is an almost entirely manual operation that requires jeweler's precision.

One of the most important steps in creating a hanger. After all, the quality of grinding determines how pleasant it will be to touch and use every day. None of the hangers will leave the sanding shop until their surface is perfectly smooth and flawless.

The most creative stage of processing. This is where the hanger acquires its own face: one of them is designed to be tinted according to noble types of wood - cherry, wenge or American walnut. And others - coating with matte or glossy varnish, and maybe several layers of long-lasting ship's varnish.

Modern technology allows filigree to apply the owner's trademark on each hanger: whether it is a family coat of arms, a family monogram, or a company logo. It can also be done before painting, which brings additional tactile sensations and visual nuances to the engraving.

Each hanger is packaged individually, so we can be sure that it will remain in its original perfection during transportation.
